One of our most unique projects was our role as the Structural Engineer of Record for the Kauai Green Energy project. This $90 million biomass power generating plant was built to power Kauai for 30 years. Using boilers from Poland, steel from Germany, and on-the-ground construction crews in Kauai, we managed our role from our home base of Utah. We oversaw the structural designs and deliverables between all the partners to bring this innovative biomass facility to life using cutting-edge technology. It was a challenge but one we were proud to take on!
