We were asked to look at some of the paving repair services needed for the Calvin L. Rampton Complex, which holds the Utah Department of Transportation and the Utah Highway Patrol. Most of the paving was original to the site and over 25 years old, with some newer sections. The site was quite large, and the repairs needed to be spread out in 3 separate phases.

We performed a LiDAR scan first to look for drainage design and improvements needed. As we started work, we were also asked to improve the entrance landscaping and a rear employee break patio with some updated landscaping. At the end of the project, we had replaced the most worn-out areas of the parking lot and part of the perimeter road. We also improved landscaping in the requested areas, which made a huge difference.
