McNeil Engineering Surveying, led by Kent Withers, successfully completed Cedar Fort’s first-ever subdivision project. We overcame challenges like outdated surveys and unexpected irrigation issues, ultimately securing rezoning and necessary permits. By January 2024, we completed the infrastructure and streets, paving the way for home construction this spring. This project marks a significant milestone for Cedar Fort, and we’re excited for the community’s future.
