This project was a bit of a challenge for us! Our client approached us with some unhappy tenants and asked if we could accomplish their parking lot project on a smaller budget. Unfortunately, the initial bids had come in over double their budget, and they needed help to ensure that the project was completed and that they could make their tenants happy again.
We got our drawings approved by the city after redesigning the parking lot using the existing space, which saved our client from upgrading their storm drain system. With our redesign, we were able to add in 6 new parking spaces and improve the parking circulation for local businesses.
We connected our client with a new contractor, who was able to keep the project within the budget and accomplish all of the project goals for our client!
