Have you ever been to The Gateway in Salt Lake City? It’s a large open-air mall and retail center close to downtown. We were fortunate enough to provide surveying and civil engineering for a few projects there! We assisted with surveying and civil engineering for the Hyatt Hotel onsite as well as the Fidelity Office Tower and the Gateway 5 and 6 areas. This included providing ALTA surveys and different site layouts, as well as doing roadway designs and grading, drainage, and stormwater detention system design.
